I finally got to check out one of these today.

Slightly lighter than my CIJ ones. Decent action right off the rack. Certainly worth $500.

Some great pickups for strats? Mustang and nocaster pickups. I also have a soft spot for Duncan Quarter Pounders .

that upper control plate looks so stupid with just that single switch innit.

What does the switch do?

I'm assuming they had to cheapen the Jag out a little so it wouldn't be as good as a Johnny ...

Looks like a Gibson branded Epiphone, not a Gibson.

Poplar body..... It's a cool idea but calling it even an Epiphone is insulting. Gibson are supposed to be mahogany in my opinion.
