I second that. Pots are important, but that's mostly about their electric value. I don't think there's a noticeable tonal difference with same value different manufacturer pots. But if you feel better ...

I would stay away because if he is claiming unaltered original hes either clueless or lying and his expectations on price are not going to be anywhere near it being a deal.

I went with RS77M because I am okay with looser strings and just do EADGBE.
