I know this is pretty stupid to post a thread over but I've seen worst on here.. lol I got these new white knobs from a guy on ebay that imported them from Germany. They're pretty nice. I threw them on my white mustang.

Yah, I have cream knobs on my Stang; got them a while back from some guy who made them himself and sold them on eBay. He doesn't seem to do them anymore though.

That looks terrible, IMO.

Mustangs should always have black knobs.

Fair enough, but where are you going to get the sunburst knobs for the Jaguar?

I ont know if I really like it but I'm persuading myself to haha. I wouldn't put them on anything else except maybe my Jagmaster. And nah actually.. I bought this guitar all modded like this for $200.00 at Guitar Center. And they are Gibson burst bicker pickups, all the mods are professional as well, and it's a custom pickguard. Isn't that a pretty good deal? GC always sells modded stuff for dirt cheep.

Knobs really can dress up a guitar. I like the white knobs. Are they Jaguar/vintage Mustang size or the smaller modern Mustang size?

Yeah, I think they are jaguar because they feel a bit bigger then the mustang knobs. They also have a flathead screw instead of an allen screw. My mustang knobs I took off were split shaft. What?? I thought only the squiers are split shaft? Luckily you can put solid shaft on split shaft Smile And hell yeah I think I got an amazing deal on this. As for the pickups... I wish they were white. But these together are already almost $200.00 worth.. so yeah haha.

Are the burstbuckers IIs, IIIs or Vs/Pros?

I love the little mini toggle splits in the Mustang slider position, but I feel like 2-way sliders (like Jag/JM switches) would've gotten in the way less and looked alright (like Mustang 3-ways).

Import vs US describes this better... modern Jaguars also have the smaller knobs, except the AVs... the bigger ones are just for CTS pots. Plus they're all Jazz Bass volume knobs.

I have no idea about the pickups. I'll have to look in to it one day.

I don't know I never thought of selling it.. I guess I'm gonna leave the knobs on though. I wish the pickups were white too.
