Breaking News: Jim_Nowhere is sending me a Trem arm and trem arm collet he acquired a while back. Those are both impossible to find. He's a true class act.

Technically Finboy found them, I just happened to live closer so I went and picked it up.
the intention was that we were gonna sort a way to make more of them, but my machinist buddy has just been far to swamped to sort it out, so as opposed to it sitting in my parts bin for another extended period of time, figured best to pass it on to someone on the board who would use it (as I believe that was the original plan anyways)

glad that this is coming together for ya though.

Bronco Trem arm and arm Collet arrived today. I just need to find/make a couple more pieces.

You can see the flat side of the collet that lines up with the hole in the top piece.

What about the parts from this bridge to complete your trem?

I don't know how THESE could possibly be for Broncos (since they are new), but they sure look close. Last set!

Even if they are not quite right, they could probably be modified. Gibson tailpiece studs may even be close enough.

New guy here. I have a '80 (I think) Bronco that, of course, needs some parts. Does anyone know if the G&L trem collet will work? What saddles can be made to work the best, easiest, cheapest? I think all the rest of the stock parts are there. Great guitar even in it's bastardized state.

Thanks,

Neil

The G&L collet fits the Bronco Trem with a little work. It's too long for the cavity so it need to be shortened but it fits the cutout. Obviously doesn't look original but it works.

If you ever see another that cheap, buy it and I will reimburse. You hardly ever see them under $200.
