Just stumbled across the TC Helicon Harmoniser.

I knew there were harmonisers that worked by being preset to certain chords, but this analyses the chord the guitarist is playing and harmonises the vocal accordingly... I didn't put it in the pedals forum because it's hardly news. Doesn't cope that well with picking, they say, but I don't think it's bad.

I used to have one of the digitech vocalist pedals, it worked pretty good but I hate the gimick.
