The parametric eq on the Marshall Jackhammer is good but it's based on a British sound, the Sansamp GT2 clone is the closest yet.

I'm not buying anymore pedals at this point, especially for this. You can pick up Line 6 Spider II 100w heads for 50 these days and that will cover a load of sounds.

Why don't you try the Jackhammer again? Just cut the mids, boost the bass, and if you don't have enough distortion mix it in with the Tiny Terror distortion.

You can't force additional frequencies out of a setup that doesn't have them though; it's like trying to will a black-and-white photo into colour
