+1 George, Gabe's demo is amazing. I've just bid on one on ebay, so we'll see how it goes with one these. they do a range of mini pedals, one of them being a Monterey vibe that holds up quite well to the deja vibe pedal. _________________ Fingers or Pick?
Actually, I don't regret selling that model because it was huge and heavy and I never used the treadle. Miss the tones though, so want to find a cheap "good enough" substitute.
Nux Mod Core arrived yesterday. Playing with it this morning. Love it, loads of good useable tones straight out the box. Feel pretty spoilt have all this modulation, and the univibe is pretty damn good.
That said, the fact this lets you patch the effects yourself is a biiiiig improvement. If it had a decent octaver in there (or a FX loop that), I'd be thinking about replacing my Casa Bonita board..

donner/nux/valeton seem to be upping the game again. wish they would make a modular system, where you could buy the units that bolted into one of these strip style boards. i wouldn't use the drive or dist section, so would be lost on me. _________________ Fingers or Pick?

Do you have any noise issues with your mod core? Mine makes a lot of whining noises in use when not playing and when bypassed. _________________ Fingers or Pick?

Check your power supply, I had whiny issues with pedals in the past when there wasn't quite enough current.

Don't know if it's a fault with that one pedal or a know thing. Might get it exchanged and see if it does it with the new one. If I wasn't using it pre drive it might not be so annoying _________________ Fingers or Pick?
