It’s gonna be priced around the £200+ mark. So that’s me out.
There’s a TC copy which looks decent for £50ish.
Still love to try one though.
Bun that Metalzone nonsense though. |
It's all bollocks youth.
Decent gear but not aimed at the likes of us. Same with the AVRI Fenders.
Don't get me wrong, I could buy one but wouldn't on principle alone. £200+ for a fucking pedal?
Players will find alternatives like they always did, and then that will get mojo hiked in years to come. It's an endless cycle. |
All this ^... £200?, I just hope these W pedals all take off then the price of the originals might come down. _________________ "Stop fucking about and get an SD-1" |

I was kind of hoping that it would have a toggle for a DC-3 setting (but then again, that's a digital pedal, so that wouldn't make any sense).
Here's hoping they do a BF-2w with an HF-2 setting. I have my CE-2w on the CE-1 setting at all times.
As for pricing, do UK/European dealers not ever make deals? Most places here do. |
Not particularly on stuff like Boss because it always sells. Besides that there aren't many music shops left.
Our best bet is second hand. |

That sucks. I don't always get discounts but I do sometimes when I ask, especially if it's a place I've bought from previously like Sweetwater, Sam Ash, or Musician's Friend. Not huge discounts mind you, but every bit helps. Prymaxe is one place here that offers 25% off on the reg, but they're often out of stock on stuff so you have to wait a few weeks before you actually get it. It's how I got something like 25-30% off a Ventris last year on Black Friday.
I'm surprised Anderton's or Thomann doesn't allow for a little negotiating. |
