http://cgi.ebay.com/Fender-Jaguar-Blonde-Gold-Hardware-Limited-Ed_W0QQitemZ320441491549QQcmdZViewItemQQptZGuitar?hash=item4a9bcd205d

Is this guitar good?
I like the pickguard, very nice..
Why so cheap? (the hardware looks good and all)

It's a Japanese Jag, so that is about the going rate for Japanese Jaguar. $500-$800 range. I think it would look better with a red tort pickguard.

See, people get all excited about these Jags, but it's just a '94 MIJ basswood Jag with gold hardware that doesn't age too well, and in this instance, a gruesome scratchplate. I've played one (friend at work has one) and it was nothing to write home about. You'd be better served getting a regular MIJ/CIJ Jag for a few dollars less; it'll have nicer looking hardware, and be made of alder.

SOrry for pouring cold water on this thread.

Yeah, sorry but its not a bargain. $400 would be a bargain.

That's cool. I just bought my first Jag and there are lot of different versions of the Jag to be aware of .

Nancy indeed - my namesake died at a home in bed of a heroin overdose, after a stint at Riker's, awaiting resolution of charges related to Nancy's death.
