but whatev
i want to record some more songs. i record a basic guitar track, try to program drums to it from loops..they sound too nice and boring, and it gives me headaches programming all stupid details to make it sound somewhat exciting.
i have no way of recording a drumkit due to location/time/money and also my lack of skills lol
if anyone here has something that comes even close to a drumkit and totally digs the drums parts in bands like coachwhips, bratmobile, mummies etc (no nonsense just heavy beating lo fi) and thinks they wanna go through the hassle of adding drums to basic songs i record let me know. i can only ask right ?
i'm broke so i can't pay for it, and i know it's boring over internet, but kevin is doing shitall, you'd be the intranetz drummer of the band. haha |

I'd be glad to give it a shot.
I'm a shockingly bad drummer but maybe this will work to your advantage, no?

i got a couple of guitartracks, i'll pm something see if you have the time. i don't give a shit about madskills as long as it's not a piccolo snaredum and it's heavy. |

It's a vintage 60's Ludwig tuned a hair above ripple. it's fucking heavy.
When do you need the drum tracks for?
Do you have a deadline?
Let me know exactly what you have in mind for these things, too.
This is going to be fun. _________________ Last edited by laterallateral on Fri Sep 19, 2014 3:05 pm; edited 115,726 times in total |

no deadlines, it's for fun. the tracks are on my other laptop, i'll tweak them a bit and upload them. they're very simple like just three chords sort of songs under two minutes long. lol |

I will give it a go. I posted something recently with some live drums I recorded in my cellar, they sound pretty good for 2 mics |
