Hate MCR. Love that bass.
Dunno if I'd choose it over a regular Mustang Bass though. _________________ PLEASE!!!... Tell Me About the Fuckin' Golf Shoes! |

I have no problem playing a jmascis jazzmaster, nor playing a jagstang.
But i like to play my squier vm mustang bass - i would not change to a milkyway bass _________________ skullcat guitars |

I thought it was going to have a regular mustang pickup, what is this thing? Also, I still hate the black headstock on that guitar, it looks wrong, and scumbag sparkle is still gross IMO. |

Looks like an EMG 35 soapbar style to me. Which is cool. If it sucks it shouldn't be hard to slap a regular pickguard on it.
I like this bass guitar, a lot. _________________ Kicking and squealing Gucci little piggy. |

Anything has to be better than the stock MB pickup.
Those things are unreasonably mediocre, even on the Fenders. _________________ Kicking and squealing Gucci little piggy. |

I've been thinking of getting a SS bas for a while, this might be the one - depending on price. |

Is 19 frets vs 20 (on the jag SS bass) that much of a difference?
Also as far as the pickup I'd put in an EMG soapbar sized P pickup if it didn't have the right sound. _________________

"She's Lost Control" only goes to the 19th fret, so I don't really need the 20th fret. Others will chime in. _________________ Kicking and squealing Gucci little piggy. |
