Love the applications in that video, cool that you can set it up to be more of an 'effect' rather than just it being a feedback simulator.

I managed to snag one but I preordered as soon as it was listed on Andertons. Have had it the past few months and it's great but definitely not perfect (for me) as it doesn't feedback on it's own. You have to lead into it with a preceding note which it captures and bases the feedback note off. By the same card, it doesn't last indefinitely. In fact it can switch off quite abruptly at a bad anti-climatic moment if you're not careful and sustaining the note properly, but can be coaxed along by vibrato if you're heavy handed enough.

It's very convincing and does behave exactly as one would expect it to if you're used to trying to harness musical feedback (in a cheating, always replicable sort of way). I don't use it for the sci-fi noises because I don't have an application for it, but it's still a laugh.

If you have high repeat delays on you can get the infinite sustain thing going just fine though. Lots of madness.

Also another good addition would be an additional momentary footswitch function that does GIVE ME FEEDBACK RIGHT THE FUCK NOW!!!!! by bypassing the onset (time before effect kicks in) pot for immediate feedback.
