i was into this already when i saw this video but then i saw the music video for this song (and subsequently, heard the studio version of this song) and i am fully sold on her, i absolutely love her.

She has a good voice for that kind of style.
Can't get behind the playing, or lazy songwriting for that matter. Tried several videos and it's the same out of tune and time awkwardly casual thumb picked amateur BS we're told is acceptable in independent music nowadays. That solo live performance shows what I'm talking about.

well the orange amp and orange guitar, i think, were intentional imagery for the song so... that comment doesn't make too much sense.
but having just listened to her entire album, i can say firmly that i can see her going far, but i might be biased because i really resonated with two of her songs (red moon rising and twenty) being a twenty-something latina myself _________________
