So as I mentioned in my other thread, I haven't had an electric guitar for over 2 years, when I sold off all of my gear. I budgeted $300 for a guitar (because of fiancee's handbag tax), and spent $240 of it on a G&L Tribute Fallout. That leaves me with $60 for an amp. Maybe.
I'm deciding between:
1- Vox Pathfinder 15R locally for $65, and spending an extra $5 on handbag tax
or screwing the budget and increasing the handbag tax substantially, on one of the following:
2- Vox AC4 Combo for $170 on FB Marketplace
3- Modified Excelsior for $199, also on FB Marketplace (this one is my favorite, but I am not sure if it's still available, since the seller has not responded to my messages)
4- Monoprice 15W tube amp for $165 after coupon code + points on Amazon, with an extra 5% cash back on my card
5- VHT Special 6 for $219 on MF
Which of these would you guys recommend? Any other recommendations? _________________ 10 PRINT "Bite Me!"

Update.
I got turned onto Hotone amps in my search, and after hearing a few demos of their AC flavored one my mind was made.
Picked it up with a tiny 8” Randall cab, and two cables on Amazon. After a 15% discount code, $25 in credit I had, and 5% cash back, total was $115.
And if I don’t like it, Amazon’s return policies are awesome. _________________ 10 PRINT "Bite Me!"

I had a Pathfinder 15R 10 years ago, and it was a great little amp. _________________

Miami traffic's changed my opinion on traveling for gear.
The guy selling the Pathfinder is only 10 miles away. But it would take me an hour in traffic, and he works night shift - so we literally can't meet up during convenient hours without traffic.
So... I opted for something else, the Hotone.
Also, update. I cancelled the Randall cab (which is 1x8), and picked up a used Vox 1x10 cab for the same price on Reverb.
All in all a good day. _________________ 10 PRINT "Bite Me!"
