My son Matt's Pod XT was returned to us by a neighbour whose son he'd lent it to, last week. I mentioned it to Matt and he didn't want to bother to pick it up; he said it kept changing settings. I powered it on yesterday and it kept jumping from the preset display to the controls display. I started by adjusting the reverb knob and it started jumping from the preset display to the reverb control display. I adjusted the volume knob and it started jumping between the preset and controls displays with the displayed volume changing. Similar problem with the Presence control. I suspected dirty pots so opened it up and squirted Servisol in the Presence, Channel Volume and Reverb pots - fixed!
