Re: NGD: Squier CV Jaguar FSR

I know all the US and Mexican stuff (and most of the Japanese) come with an angled neck pocket these days so maybe worth checking. The US stuff seems to me i one degree minimum, so if anything maybe too much angle from the factory. I'm not sure about the Squier stuff as it's been a while since I had...

Re: Project: Player Jaguar in mahogany

I think that’s still a really good price for those options. The reason I’m wondering is I have a a Vintera Jaguar coming and if I don’t like the PF fretboard I’ll most likely opt for a Musikraft replacement and just sell the Fender one. Did you get them to drill the neck screw holes? And if so we’re...

Re: Project: Player Jaguar in mahogany

I ordered the neck from Musikraft, though since I delayed in ordering it, prices have gone up a bit. Came out a bit higher than I originally specc'd, which sucks, but it is what it is. What is the damage on a Musikraft neck these days? They have always been a premiumpricey choice but the quality of...

Re: New Behringer synths

They’ve now announced a proper Juno 6/60 clone. 8 voices. Familiar looks. Named the Neptune. I think the Jupiter clone is gonna be the Saturn or summit.

I just bought one of these from Cash Converters of all places. Hopefully it doesn't reek of burglary.

Re: How often do you change your strings?

I always clean my strings after playing so they do last a while. I tend to change mine when they start to flatten where they touch the frets.

I dunno. Apparently it was in mint condition when he got it. He did all that on a few weeks then decided it wasn’t for him 😂

Behind the sofa? Mine isn’t too crazy so I pop it behind the Twin that is stored under my desk when not on use. It’s a soft case so less bulky tho.

Wrecked SG

i originally picked up a couple of guitars with the intention to mod them but they didn’t really need anything else done to them so I traded them out for this. It’s a totally messed up SG (60s Tribute). These are great guitars, 24 fret neck too. I used to have one of these a few years ago (as well a...

Re: Pictures of your basses here

Some very cool chonk!!! These are mine. Troy Sanders Sig Jaguar ( active or passive) I hate the headstock. I wish it was plain black like the Squier. No mods. Bass VI the newer improved version. I had sold my first run one in the great gear purge. It turned out to be a positive as this version is bu...
