Re: pictures of your gear here
Behind the sofa? Mine isn’t too crazy so I pop it behind the Twin that is stored under my desk when not on use. It’s a soft case so less bulky tho.

That’s the one bonus with nitro, especially thin stuff it comes off easy with a heat gun.

Wrecked SG
i originally picked up a couple of guitars with the intention to mod them but they didn’t really need anything else done to them so I traded them out for this. It’s a totally messed up SG (60s Tribute). These are great guitars, 24 fret neck too. I used to have one of these a few years ago (as well a...

Re: Pictures of your basses here
Some very cool chonk!!! These are mine. Troy Sanders Sig Jaguar ( active or passive) I hate the headstock. I wish it was plain black like the Squier. No mods. Bass VI the newer improved version. I had sold my first run one in the great gear purge. It turned out to be a positive as this version is bu...

I got teh kurdtz in a trade this morning. I’ll post opinions once I get it set up to my liking (and check under the hood to see if the pickups are splittable)

Re: Comparing Mustangs: Classic Vibe vs Vintera
I had the Vintera for a while that I got as part of a trade. It was great. Definitely better than the Squiers and the Japanese 69ri. Maybe even a wee bit nicer than the 65. The only negative was the Pau Ferro fretboard (tho it was at least dark on the one I had). The Vintera models I’ve had have bee...

Re: New Pickups: Bulldog Custom Set
The middle setting does indeed sound out of phase. BTW the last double cut LP I had was “vintage spec” right down to the two pickups being out of phase. OG P90 Gibson guitars had 2 of the same pickups in them so if he’s built them overwound with a tap down to Vintage output WITH vintage spec wiring ...

Someone is selling an Eastman t486b for £850 on FB. I would have bought it but I already have the exact same model.

Re: New Behringer synths
These look fun. I’m hoping for some proper reviews soon. It’s crazy that the semiconductor shortage has got so bad that Behringer actually have a load of stuff ready to manufacture rather than just sticking up a boatload of renders. Did you see that they’ve finished their CS80 clone voice board now?...

I have one on my Japanese CAR Jag. It stays put and feels perfect. A worthy upgrade that saves a lot of fannying about.

Re: Synths...EBM/industrial/synthwave/retrowave/coldwave
Just to make it more confusing it does different things in different synths, velocity curves, note priority, easier to use sequencer etc etc.

Re: Synths...EBM/industrial/synthwave/retrowave/coldwave
There will be settings on the Odyssey you can change by plugging it into your computer and using the Behringer synth tool. I can’t remember what settings are in there but if you have any issues with sync or anything check that. I’m just mentioning that as the version of the manual that came with min...

If you turn up the A R sliders (top right with that patch it sounds totally different but lovely)

Re: NGD Eastman SB55
It’s not surprising as they actually select the timber they use. That’s a perfect weight for the size of the guitar. It’s great that when you buy it everything on it is upgraded out of the box. How do you find the neck width? They’re a touch wider than usual down at the nut, but I find it very comfy...
