Ideally, I'd like something that can take pedals incase I bring my board home from practice. What are folks experiences with orange crush amps?

looking for some amp advice...

So, recently my amp gave up completely. It's had a tough 13 years, but isn't really worth repairing as it's just an amp for at home. What I'm looking for is a little solid state combo for around the £100 mark. I've heard great things about the Vox pathfinder, but never managed to get my hands on on...

Seagull acoustics

Have any of you had any experiences with this brand? I've read reviews online that stink of wankery and pish and I can never take that shit seriously. Also read reviews that said they were shit in plain language...

Their S6 original with its wider nut width has really taken my fancy.

Mustang Schematic

I was wondering if anyone with the electrical skills (or even if you had one already made up) could help me out with a custom schematic for the mustang project i have in the pipes. I'm moving the volume pot to where the tone pot usually is and adding a three way in at the volume position on the cont...

Are you a fan of fuck buttons? It's similar to what youre doing in that it's electrical noise rock type stuff. If not check them out. Sure you'll like them.

Also. Digging the fuck out of this.

I seem to have forgotten to post here since my coral Super-Sonic was done. http://wadeaminute.ca/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/family1.jpg That's five Super-Sonics, a 1971 Comp Mustang Bass, and a 1970 Comp Mustang (the shortscales). http://wadeaminute.ca/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/coralsoup...

or you could go the other way and get a nice 73 for about 9 hundry, see ebay 270940512779. Mustangs from 1970-1973 are sweet guitars. This is the non matching headstock era. Things to remember about this era: Never, ever go beyond a 1973 neck date or code You can get comp red, orange, blue or sunbu...

Thanks for the tips on strung out.
And cheers for the advice Fran, do you know if the CTS pot and the 3-wat switch will fit in the cavity? Just so i know if i would need to rout it any. I can save a couple quid if i do this stuff myself.

Will CTS pots and an epiphone style 3-way fit on an unmodified mustang control plate? Just so I know if I'd have to drill it out.

Guitar Guitar it is then. I want it to be a good quality job, not a mess of wire and a half arsed job of installing the new pickup. Just the pickguard that's holding me back. I feel a bit cheap, but I can't be doing with spending 50 quid on a sheet of plastic.

Don't want to be dealing with no Butcher Fuckpigs.

I'd love to do the work myself, but the guitar has been fucked for months and i just want it sorted.

Just off the phone with him, £30 quid for a full re-wire if i provide the components, not too bad. Think I'll go to him when I get a custom guard sorted out.

I have practically no experience or skill with electronics. I wouldn't be able to build or use a junction box if I tried. It's for my mustang, I'm just going to hand it over to the tech and get him to put everything in it. If I don't like it I'll just save for a decent neck 'bucker and fire the axes...

Guitar Tech in Central Scotland?

I'm in need of a tech to completely re-wire my mustang. The guy who I've taken it to several times keeps saying he's fixed it and I get it back with the same problem (The switches don't work at all). So fuck taking it back to him. I'm basically going to put new everything in it. The Neck Humbucker h...

I'm going to assume their pickups will all be roughly the same quality, and it's quite cheap, so I'll take a risk. Cheers!

It never fails to surprise me how often folk go without tuning their guitars for youtube videos. I mean, at least if his guitar was in tune, it MAY have sounded like Paranoid. Not just a big fucking dischord.
