the penta voice knob looks like the same concept the old Orange amps had, the FAC knob.

Guitar Center closest to me now stocks Peavey, i was a bit dissapointed in them.

he's saying no pedal should need an LED, just use your ears (listen!) to tell if its on or not.

what sort of sound are you after? i might as well just list the entire line of Dimarzio 'buckers or something if all you want is a full size 4 conductor 'bucker.

(he painted his orange amps and cabs that retard) actually he pulled the tolex off and removed the logos. ive seen he has an endorsement with Vox. i think that is BULLSHIT. If you are using it then you like the product and you should advertise that that it is a product that you are trusting bacause...

the only Seymour Duncan i have is the JB in my Ibanez strat-a-like. i can understand saying its midrangey, but at least in this guitar, it has tons of treble- way more than the stock single coils do. i just like it's sound, though it's been overused. i have a Dimarzio super distortion in my SG jr., ...

just put a picture on it, like Mr. Sparkle.

ps. i think the top two knobs should be changed for the kind on Fuzz Factory pedals, but the small one should stay.

does it have to be a combo? Ampeg & others have pretty cheap 1x15" cabs, closed back, and then you can pair it with whatever head/amp you feel like.

Supro has the Thunderbolt, which is a 1x15" combo amp. and i think there's a Fender Pro w/ 15" speaker.

thanks mike! i was perusing eBay and noticed that Jensen 8" 20watt MOD speakers go for $20 new in box, in 8 & 4 ohm. there was also a Celestion g8t-35 or something like that for like $10, and tons of practice amps for $10 w/ 8" speaks in them. saw a JBL 8" too. lots of options. it...

building a 6x8" speaker cab?

i am bored in the computer lab. i realized 8" speakers can be found brand new for $20, and even less used. i can steal plywood, & thought of building a cheapo Supro/Airline/vintaj m0j0 cab at some point.

how could i wire six speakers to be 16ohm?

it is an all chrome "saltshaker" type mic, from a time before XLR. i did take it apart; it has the element, breaking into two wires, one of which is interrupted with "on/off" switch, and then both to the weird 3-prong out jack. i assumed one was ground, the one with the switch wa...
