I thought I’d post some photos from the performances I’ve shot this season. I do most my shoots during dress rehearsal ad they run the show as opposed to setting up shots and having the actors pose.

I miss the puke beige aging color of old computers. Bonus points if some parts aged to color of puke.

Re: First Pedal build
and the result is…
…it don’t work.
I did breadboard it before hand but in the process of doing the final layout I may have mixed up some resistors or flipped the transistor or made a bad solder joint.
I was overly ambitious to make my first one so tiny .
I’m going to start over later this ...

The serial number is consistent with a 90’s CIJ Mustang. I would look at how it plays and sounds. If it’s janky let it go, or should I say Nevermind.

Re: shortscale photography thread.
Nice! I’ve been enjoying doing photography for work. For the longest time I’d convinced myself that I was a terrible photographer (probably from that time when I was in my early twenties and a girl I was crushing on told me my photos were “boring”). Turns out it just something one has to practice. I ...

Re: New Vinyl release of an old album
Dave Abbruzzese Formally of Pearl Jam. He plays on one track of the album (God’s Jig). One of our drummers quit for a few months and Dave subbed in. When the drummer that had quit saw someone nailing all his drum parts he decided he wanted back in. We let Dave go and shortly afterwards he was in ...

Re: New Vinyl release of an old album
We taped a discussion last night with Mike the guitarist, Alan the label guy, and me. It was a lot of fun including some b- roll footage of me and Mike trying to remember how to play songs we hadn’t played in 25-30 years.

New Vinyl release of an old album
35 years ago our first album was released on a local label.
The label, Carpe Diem has recently rebooted and started re-releasing their catalog on vinyl.
Here’s the website http://carpediem.works/product/course-of-empire/
It’s admittedly pricey but it’s limited to 300 copies.
