Blackout version looks a lot like the strat Steve Albini was playing on Pigpile.
Dig it.

Roll with it 100%, me, a complete stranger from the internet agrees that it can sound really cool.

Just say "someone make me a tort or antigua P90 cover" like you were tempted to. Otherwise this thread is the weirdest damn thing, I tell you. I'm pretty sure you can get white ones? Someone make me a tort p90 cover....... Thank you all for the suggestions though, I will certainly contact...

Dog-ear P90 covers

Looking for a replacement because I'm bored of the current, plain plastic black one. I've seen cream and (shit) gold/nickel ones. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any custom covers? Anything that isn't black, cream, or that Argos level gold that parts seem to be done in.

This is looking like a really nice build, are you keeping the bevelled edges?

I love Grouper. Saw her at the closing party at Primavera in the summer. New album out too! Sorry to digress from the thread, but I kind of unfairly assume daftsupernova likes them too. I didn't think the new album was out yet? Saw her with Swans and was really confused by how different she sounded...

Do you ever play shows on your own with a projector going with these visual loops?

In a weird way it kind of reminds e of Grouper?

I always really regret not adding belly contours after I've painted, then end up going back and ruining things as a result. Gotta prepare for that post-beer noodling. I'm also really interested in the build you mentioned, where you re-made a teisco body out of mahogany, is there a thread or somethin...

Did you get your wood from David Dyke for that? I'm tempted to try him out but thought I'd ask first.

As above, it was my first decent small amp and based off this alone have stuck with Vox since then.
Reverb is spacious and with the tremolo is really usable.

Also strongly second kicking the spring tank for weird noises.

Yeah, I think so. From what I've been able to glean by googling around, the problems people have getting the two programs to work together relate to things I generally don't do anyway--triggering the samples with e-kits, trying to use more than one midi channel output, etc. My workflow right now is...

As above, what I say probably won't be overly helpful, but I switched over to Superior Drummer from various not-so-great-but-tolerable alternatives lately and it's been worth it completely. I would also be extremely surprised if it didn't work with your DAW, as long as you can load VST's into a chan...
