Honestly I always thought he used Laces. I never paid attention to these humbucker singles.

Mustang Bridge w/ 52mm Spacing

I would like a Mustang bridge with 52mm string spacing vs 55mm to improve the edge of fretboard distance. Is there anything cheaper than a Staytrem that will help with that? I hate to pay for a Staytrem when I am only looking to improve the string spacing but I will if I have to.

Mustang F Tuners Replacements

So I know there are some Kluson replacements for F tuners but are there any others? Anything locking? I would like to swap the tuners on a 65 RI Mustang and don't see much out there without some mods. I guess if I need to no big deal but if there is a drop in I would be interested.

Have these made their way to the USA yet? I haven't seen any. Perhaps it won't be released here?

I don't care for the looks but the demos sound amazing. I really want to pick up a set of those pickups and potentially throw them into a Mustang.

I plan to pick up an older Ovation electric at some point. They appeal to me on some strange level. There is one on my local craigslist but the seller is still a few hundred too high. It's been on there for a long time.

They aren't for the US market so it probably does fall into that weird patent grey area. I don't understand any of it. Or maybe the headstock is off just enough to make it ok?

That one was just on Reverb. It says sold but the buyer actually pulled it and decided to keep it. I had been taking to him. I found a couple of them in Japan but I would obviously need to ship it over. I am pretty sure Schecter is well regarded but honestly I just have no idea what the quality leve...

Schecter Progauge Mustang

There was a thread about these here years back. Has anyone actually ever played one? I like the satin neck finish, 24.75" scale, 9.5" radius and 3 way toggle vs switches. It basically really ticks off most of the modern updates I would want on a Mustang BUT there is such limited info on th...

I am into the entire concept and price but am disappointed in the fretboard/color lockdown. It's impossible to get a standard Duo-Sonic with a rosewood board I need to have the humbucker version. Same with the Mustang...I have to go with a P-90 to get rosewood. I like the maple board body colors a b...

You are all crazy! I like the guitar and the color. It is a bit shocking that it gets a Fender branded trem.

I really like the MM headstock and think it works well on this guitar. I want one. But I am going to pick up a stingray guitar first.
