Short answer is yes! I used Wilkinson saddles on my Bullet Mustang, and my custom build using a Bullet Mustang neck, no issues at all and the thread size is M3 so it would be easy to sort your intonation screw length problem too...

Rattle can Cellulose, which I buy from our local Auto paint supplier, really good quality, good paint to solvent ratio...no grain filler, no primer...

Thanks for the comploments folks, it is my best build yet......well pleased... I like that a lot. I'm half expecting to get a kit guitar for Christmas and I'm thinking about a bright orange or pink stain and tru oil finish. This has somewhat whet my appetite for it. The bare Swamp Ash on this body r...

Wired the thing up, rear switch selects pickups, front switch does nothing, paint is now finished, cut back and polished, pickups are Bare Knuckle Sinner at the bridge and a Creamery Strat size P90 at the neck, 250k solid shaft pots, .047cap, treble bleed, Jazz Bass knobs. The paint went straight on...

The body arrived and all the parts were fitted before painting http://i.imgur.com/ZWIyQ5h.jpg Then paint was applied... Cheeky mockup after a coule of coats, note the bridge has been converted to 3 saddles, the original intonation screw holes are now the string retainers... http://i.imgur.com/ieIR7B...

Recycling a Squier Bullet Mustang neck

Recently picked up a used Squier Bullet Mustang neck, in my opinion they can be quite nice necks, but the decal lets it down, so as in my previous Mustang modding I sanded the decal off to get replaced as before, however, once sanded I decided to paint the headstock in the same colour as intended fo...

Squier Bullet Mustang, modded, then modded some more!

Saw the Bullet Mustang and just had to have one, in Blue......with a view to modding. It arrived with rusty strings and scratchy frets, so first job was afret polish, 11's and a good setup. Out of the box, not a bad little guitar, bridge pickup, not too bad, neck a bit muddy, so, what to do.... My f...

Well, I'm thinking Tele half bridge, which is about 1.5mm wider string spacing and the footprint should cover the existing holes, I have a Duncan JB and Jazz that I might use but I also have a Creamery (UK pickup maker) Strat size neck P90, at the moment I'm leaning towards a bucker at the bridge an...
