Well I hoped that the quality is the same as a DAW without the mousing and hassle. I have seen that you can record on a higher bitrate just like a DAW. But someone told me that a lot of features become limited when recording on a higher bitrate. I think I am gonna return to my good old Boss BR-600. ...

Zoom live track 12 stand alone home recorder?

I have switched to software recording but I am fet up with the mousing and all the issues you get with software recording. So I have a simple question. Is Zoom live track a good stand alone home recorder let's say compared to the R16?

Cheers

plopping sound with the Palmer Octobus switcher

Hi Guys, I have bought a Palmer Octobus effect switcher for effect pedals second hand for a good price. Since I use it intensively I get 1 to five times plopping noises when switching patches after I have turned the thing on. After that it is gone. Still I am worried that things get worse in the fut...

I use it as a stand alone solo device with a lot of gain, not for metal riffs. And I like it using it that way

I've got one of these: http://www.fmicassets.com/Damroot/ZoomJpg/10007/0234506000_merch_dtl_006_nr.jpg Not sure where you're located but they're only £26.20 at GAK in the UK. Hi man, yes that one is available where I live for approximately the same price. But I have read bad reviews about the de...

Good A/B switch not too expensive

Hi guys,

What is a good A/B switch that doesn't suck tone and is not that expensive? I want to use it for switching between two rigs/amps. Cheers.

Boss ME-5 multi fx 1988

Hi guys, The good old floorprocessor from Boss The ME-5 released in 1988 containing mostly analog fx. Is it true that your signal is converted from analog to digital right after the input? And at the end of the chain is converted back to analog? Or does it have an analog signal path and when used is...

O, now I see that this model has a traditional bridge and tremolo system. I prefer a fixed bridge.

Yes, I once tried the DC-3 digital dimension in a store and I must say that I really liked the sound. It sounds clear but not cold and and sterile.

Ok so this is how it is. Well I must say that the analog chorus in my old ME-5 multi fx also sounds like this but only with a pretty extreme setting. The digital chorus in the Roland GP-8 I had in the past was different. You could set the depth and effect level to the max and the sound was still ver...

Hi guys, Thanks for the replies. I have tested it in all modes and with alle the outputs. I have recorded a soundsample in the mono mode with output A. The first part is with the depthknob on 9 o'çlock, the second part is with the depth knob on 12 o"clock and the the third part is with the d...

Boss Ce-3 sounds a little out of tune

Hi guys, I have a second hand Boss CE-3 chorus pedal for a while now. When it comes to sound, I like it a lot, when the pedal is on it sounds so spacy that you really do not need to have reverb or delay in addition. However, with the depth knob past eleven it sounds a bit to much out of tune. Is tha...

Boss MS3

Hi guys,

Does anyone have experience with the Boss Ms-3? Does it sound a bit natural for a digital device? It seems a pretty conveniant de vice to me. Very compact and with three programmable loops for stomboxes.

Cheers

How about a Ibanez or Gretsch parlour guitar? Nice and good sounding guitars with a shorter scale. But watch out not all parlour guitars have shorter scales.

Take a look at this, this guitar costs about 180 euro new in Europe.
