Lemon Oil. Stat. Eh it's not as bad as it looks. Mostly I think it's just the crusty junk I should clean off that makes it look drier than it is... What's the purpose of lemon oil as opposed to something like Tone Finger Ease string lubricant? I love your Jag so much <3 That color combination is ju...

I wasn't hating as much as presenting my opinion that there have been projects with more real craft than this one. Handen is making a guitar he wants and fair play to him, I'm not going to diss it. Personally I would just use my Electro Acoustic rather than a Piezo, and I generally just play guitar...

any neck dive issues? Not enough to be concerned about, though it is a tad neck heavy it's certainly within what would be considered a normal weight ratio. fuck, it's actually gonna be awesome. wtf colour is that thar? Old Candy Apple Red. I've had two Jag's this colour, the first was a bit on the ...

Sorry it's been a while since I posted an update... Just finished routing the body a second time to accommodate the preamps. Here's a shot of the temporary mockup. http://e.imagehost.org/0880/mockup2.jpg I didn't have the time before work tonight to make room for and untangle all the wires underneat...

If you practice, you get better, and nobody starts off being any good at it. Anybody can learn how to draw, and learn to do it quite well. You just have to invest your time. There is this saying anyone can learn to draw, but only few know how to paint. Yes.. There is the difference in the color and...

Damn, son. That's fantastic! I'm so glad it made it out there okay! By the way, the pickups sound amazing. The Antiquity in the neck has tone to die for, and the hot jag in the bridge is perfect for Teh Rawkz. I know, the Antiquity is probably the most astonishing pickup I've ever had in any guitar.

Woo I decided to stay up all night to acclimatize to night shifts next week and doodled some shit in my book, with felt markers made specifically for someone not yet one quarter my age. Booya. Beatles pictures are abundant so they're fun to use as references. Not that it seems as though I used a ref...

Ikebe-Gakki or Ishibashi (I can't remember which) was selling those KC toggle plates, I went as far as to find out the cost with an english speaking sales representative and it was something like $150 after shipping and price conversion. No thanks. Edit: http://www.ikebe-gakki.com/goods_detail.php?g...

I ask you... what does this bridge offer? New Bridge - $160.00 Old Bridge - $40.00 JUSTIFY THE DIFFERENCE! I spent $40 on a TOM and $50 on a Mustang bridge and still ended up using the stock saddles soooo maybe if I spent a little more on these new ones I wouldn't end up upset and having to commit ...

this looks amazing, and is going to be so bright: neodymium blended with piezo on an aluminium neck??? how are you finding the Q-Tuner pup? I found that it's a little quieter than, say, the Dimarzios, but every inflection rings out nice and clear. It sounds great clean, but going through my Danelec...

I'd been anxiously checking the post office every day to see if it came in, I even lost my mail key and had to ask for them to look it up in the computer to see if it came in every time I went in. http://img55.imageshack.us/img55/5999/jagneckax2.jpg That's as far as I can go for now. I'm in the midd...
