With expired film you tend to lose the box speed, so say if you have 400 iso film that is a few years out of date it may actually be more like 320 or slower. So a lot of expired film ''look'' is actually just people getting the exposure wrong because they are treating the film like it is brand new....

Is the neck pup supposed to be wonky? The bridge looks jacked-up too I don't understand what you guys mean. the pickups are in a sort of fanned out arrangement, that's how the original is. see: http://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-gAf2d_VA2nY/UVTw54FcEbI/AAAAAAAABpU/g0GhBBJhhbI/s800/Framus%2520Strato%...

can I just talk about the Canon T50 for a minute though? because wow, what a great camera that was (now sadly deceased, R.I.P. ). some pics I took with it: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8102/8583913348_3caf8679d8_b.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8531/8582822617_ec45365caf_c.jpg http://farm9...

my only other real complaint is the fake WRHB. I'd probably have someone convert them as closely as I could get them to the real WRHB specs, but in the smaller package. hmmm, these pickups are better for splitting than WRHBs I think. I don't think they are really supposed to be fake WRHBs, they jus...

For those who shoot with manual focus lenses, do you have a good technique for making sure focus is spot-on precise in dim lighting? nope. that's something I've wondered about as well. what is wrong with my FE? when I turn the film advance lever with the back open everything appears to work perfect...
