i gave it a try today, in a hurry tho, but it didn't work, i got no sound in Garageband, then i plugged my bass straight into the interface and got sound.. but i might try again when i've got more time, ashdown said it doesn't harm the top to turn it on without a speaker cab, just not too long..i ha...

so ... i received the package today i gots teh anodized goldz (found a german webshop that had it in stock ) put it on, fits, just one hole that doesn't fit (the one underneath the knobs, on my MIA it's located underneath the tone knob, on the vintage ones it's located between the two knobs i guess....

just a quick and stupid question
here's the deal: is it safe to connect the DI output of a bass head to a firewire interface to your computer, no cab hooked to the top, just to plug in to the top and hear the sound on your computer ? or will it damage the interface/computer because of the wattage ? i'm thinking it might be alright ...

The Raveonettes : Evil LA girls --- Tremolo ! but i've no idea which one ... so i just got a cheap tremolo that does the job. it's a cool feature that you can hook it up with an external cab indeed.. but i just made up my mind (well...let's say it's a 95% thing, haha) that this year i'm going to focus a little bit more on my bass gear since i really need an upgrade..100watts ampeg blue rocket..love it, absolutely love it.....
