I used to think that way but now I see them as a different pallet* option, but yeah 34” is still my preference.

I do thing the decals have to be topcoated with nitro because they react badly to poly.

This may no longer be a thing.

I’ve only done nitro but I would think poly is probably easier maybe not.

Doesn’t cooter use hardware store poly on their projects?

Moreover, the string through thing sounds like a lot of hassle with strings, aren't you supposed to use some special strings on that thing? You just have to make sure they’re regular longscale bass strings. I never had issues getting them for ‘51 P-Bass reissue. Re: Bridge, I would look for an olde...
