We are going after the Vangelis sounds so I feel an analog synth would be more adequate. Im snob in any case :)

Now, the thing is that I am not really ...

Joe Barden pickups - Jazzmaster wiring

A friend of mine uses the Joe Barden pickups in his Jazzmaster and after having listened to him playing last night I have to say that I am really impressed with those pickups. He also owns a Danny Gatton telecaster which I have used once and was blown away by the quality of the pickups which as I al...

If I'm not mistaken its a Roland VT1. The guy on the synth must be dialing down the formant slider.

I think its almost impossible to take a good photo of stars capturing the milky way and other interesting elements in light polluted areas like most of us live. I am too really looking forward to the summer when we go free camping to remote beaches with no lights where the milky way is visible with ...

Have been using this as an expression pedal with my modded POG and it has lasted many years with no problems really. However I would slightly worried if the signal was going through it, but the mechanics of it are quite good for its price. If anything goes wrong soundwise you can always replace the ...

4 track audio interface suggestions

We are looking for a basic interface so as to record rehearsals into laptop (logic).
It would need to have 4 tracks for drums-guitar-synth and voice or sampler but it could also be 6 or 8 track if price is good. I checked couple ones online but I trust shortscale can suggest some good budget options.
