What exactly about the neck on the MIJ Jag do you like versus the AVRI?

From that description alone, I think I'd like it.

The guy backed out on the trade. I'll just get some AlNiCo pickups and flatwounds for my P bass and call it a day.

Why the hell can't they show her play some actual riffs through that setup in the clip? Fuck's sake, she's plugged in, on video and holding the guitar. Sell the damn thing.

Thanks for the replies. I really don't want to go shortscale for the bass, I don't mind the full length bass neck. What bothers me most about bass playing is the hand fatigue since I mainly play it with my fingers. I only need a bass for recording and occasional jamming with friends. I have a line o...

I understand that it will still be comparably harder to play than a guitar, but I thought the neck width would alleviate some of that. It seems that all of the bass sounds I like on records are either Jazz basses or Rics.

Precision vs Jazz Bass

I am considering trading my P Bass for a Jazz bass and I would like to hear opinions on the merits of both basses. I really like the Precision but it seems like playing it can be physically demanding since I only occasionally play bass. The easier neck and the single-coils on the Jazz bass seem to b...

Nice guitar and nice appaloosas. Are you considering putting a logo on it? Maybe you could do a custom waterslide decal. A member here, HNB, does amazing custom work.

Nice comparison. I think this is reason enough to keep both. Pedals don't take up much space and you have a wider palate to draw from when you need. You should look into old rack units as well, you can get them for uber-cheap prices on craigslist. If you need any suggestions let me know.

Went to guitar guitar today tried out the rv6 and the supernatural and bought the supernatural the plate reverb alone was worth £90... very happy... no more TC tone beaming. It's probably the same plate thats on the RV7 which I like alot. I also really like the plate on the old Boss RV-2, but they...

To fix the holes, get some dowel rods just slightly smaller than the the drill bit size used to make the hole. Then glue them into the hole obviously after cutting them to fit. Then when it's dry, you can sand it flush and redo the proper holes. HNB or Cooterfinger could help you with more detail.

Yes!
Another idea, you should mod one to have a switch to take out the Negative Feedback loop out of the circuit, so it can go to Tweed champ land.

In tandem means basically in "stereo" or tandem is more inline?

*edit.. could be the same thing i'm thinking*
It's probably British slang for some kind of sex-act.
