That's what mine will look like only purple. It was good how that worked out; my homage to Mascis, haha.
But yeah, here's the first exclusive pic of epic metulz pre-white, vintage-script faceplate modification that she'll undergo.

When I have that and the Pathfinder I can and will finally stop whinging about my amps.

Then I can play day or night. Loud or quiet. Doomy or flail around like a gypsy on a surf board. Exciting times ahead for sure.

I just bought a Matamp First Lady head and cabinet for 550 pounds. I didn't care for the aesthetics but I know they're very well designed and thought out amps with more of a Fender feel to it. It has reverb, can use any cabinet option, DI out and switchable from two single-ended tubes (like 6v6, 6l6...

Btw--props to Haze for that mod. I referred a buddy on a synth forum to that thread. He did the mod to his 15r and is really happy with it. Definitely am aiming to get it done. My rig is undergoing some dramatic changes but I'm really glad the way it's gonna turn out. My ACTUAL pedalboard has becom...

Vox Pathfinder 10 vs 15R

Seems pretty silly but what's the general consensus? I've tired both which are readily available in stores but I know there's mods out there that can be done but to which model, to what effect, etc. I don't know. I don't mind that there's no reverb on the 10 but I've heard you can mod them to be a b...

All sorted fellars.

Thanks for all who've helped... aside from a few aesthetic things the amp is perfect. I'm working on having that rectified.
Thanks again and new pics to come.

The British are awesome! He had so many cool stories/studio photos/etc to share and I'm just glad I got a new map!

johnnyseven - you answered my question with your post, thanks man  I'm going to bite the bullet and save/hope that he keeps it. I just can't get value like this here and I've tried most others in it's price range (Blues Junior, etc). Have tried this amp and we get screwed by our middle-man here...

UK shipping

I really want this amp that's in the UK/London. The guy said he'd ship it but quoted 220 pounds via UPS. I thought Royal Mail would be the cheapest? Has anyone shipped an amp from the UK to wherever? Price approximations/companies? I'm almost prepared to sell up all my gear one by one till I can aff...

I haven't posted on here in ages... I miss Hurb, Robroe, Kim and of course MAAAAAIKE. Here's what I've been rocking on a bit lately but I've been taking up singing lessons 3 days a week so it's keeping me more busy than anything. Best part is they're free so long as I make good dindins (just moved i...

Weird but I find the bigger watts are readily available in Australia and the likes of Bassman 10/50watter Bassmans are a bit more scarce.
I've played through a 135'er and yeh... farggen LOWD.

Maxon AD-900. Noise, etc aside, can't see myself being without it. Plus Uno, for the most part. I totally agree on how fantastic it is, but what kind of noise are you getting with it? Whether powered by a separate 12v/600mA supply or Voodoo Lab PP2 I've yet to get any of the sort, and the amount he...

I this issue for ages. I found the problem to be one of three things: - I bought my pedals based on reviews off the internet and what friends recommended - I adjusted the settings on my pedals without properly understanding what I'm doing to the sound - I wasn't confident in my playing and would oft...

It came free with my synth. I actually like it, reminds me a little of a FF on steroids.
