Aye, but you can only practse for what, half a hour, before having to rock out. And how are you going to pratise your rock poses without all that stuff? Surely you teach your pupils about rock poses?
If you need anything to practise guitar other than a guitar, your hands and a plectrum, something is going wrong. Aye. Although, loads of overdrive, chorus, delay, and reverb all at the same time makes for some pretty awesome bedroom hero guitarmanship. Forgot about wah, you need that too. Obviously.
I remember JebuS's set took about an hour twenty in practise, but about forty-five or fifty minutes on stage. It made sense that we were all reall stoned at practises, and drunk at gigs.
