MOJO!

I really fucking hate electronics. I have like a mental block to it or something. So, should I get my amp biased?

It' sounds fine to my ears, which I suppose is good enough.

I thought if there was only one valve in the power section, then it couldn't be biased. I thought it was a matter of biasing tubes to each other.

There's no need for any biasing on my Epiphone Valve Junior, is there, what with there only being on valve in each section?

I know fuck all about this.

And it's blatantly a Bass VI anyway? Have you guys seriously forgot what one of those looks like?
No, they look like maruaders, hence the confusion. Kinda like a jag, but slimer and pointier.

We should have a demo thread stickied here, with little or no banter, just demos that people have done. An archive of gear stuff.

Yeah, that was one of the reasons that swayed me to the Boss. Fuck pricey, fancy, weedy adaptors.
Aye, fuck 'em indeed.

If you think the anti-Boss sentiment here is bad (I don't particularly) - try thegearpage.net or HarmonyCentral effects forum. boss is a four letter word there - corksniffers. I'm like the anti gear-snob or something. The last few weeks I've started to realise how much I love my Chinese Jagmaster, ...

I wasn't actually aware they got bad press till I started posting here. Until then, I'd alwyas thought they were the pedal company.

I love my PW-10 V-Wah. No-one else does, sniff.

I really reckon the PS-5 is worth the extra money (having to buy an exp. pedal and all) over the Whammy, but fair play to Digitech for inventing it in the first place. It probably is. However, I got my Whammy for ninety brick, off of Donko, whcih was nice. The power-lead's gone missing though, and ...

I was going to say a whammy, but ohter people got there first. How far up/down can the boss go? The whamy's two octaves either direction, with a divebomb feature, that is actually three octaves down. I don't use that bit very much. Yeah two octaves in either direction on the PS-5 too. I fookin' lov...

Aye, but you can only practse for what, half a hour, before having to rock out. And how are you going to pratise your rock poses without all that stuff? Surely you teach your pupils about rock poses?

If you need anything to practise guitar other than a guitar, your hands and a plectrum, something is going wrong. Aye. Although, loads of overdrive, chorus, delay, and reverb all at the same time makes for some pretty awesome bedroom hero guitarmanship. Forgot about wah, you need that too. Obviously.

I remember JebuS's set took about an hour twenty in practise, but about forty-five or fifty minutes on stage. It made sense that we were all reall stoned at practises, and drunk at gigs.

Except me. I like being painfully sober on stage.

That, and playing your set one and a half times faster on stage than you do in rehearsal.
