Might just be cheaper to buy a re issue or used MIJ.

I've seen the Warmoth, I guess that's not too bad price wise. I know it will add up but if I only get a few things at a time I won't realize the sticker shock.
But you know those cheapie tele and strat bodies and kits GFS has, I've seen that some people have had some decent ones.

Are they out there? I emailed Guitar Fetish and requested. Maybe others could do the same? Right now my skills as a guitar player don't justify a huge investment. And really I like the projects as much or more than the playing. Short of a Mustang body/kit my plan is to stumble into a used Squier Duo...
