True enough but even the cheapest commercial Attenuators are over 100 quid and usually more than double that. If this does that job well then it's a bargain for the money and a bit of effort.

Have you tried a bit of vaseline/pencil graphit mixture doted on each saddle? might help (in the nut too, and the break angle roller too can't hurt)

So if looks weren't an issue would you suggest this or the equivalent GFS? I quite like the look of the GFS but largely the curvy Bigsby looks better.

My old Musicmaster Bass amp despite being HELLA trebly with guitar was a bass monster. Never could work out how that happened.
