Wow, that's cool! I hadn't realised you were looking at making a full guitar. That sounds great. I'd have thought that interesting pickups would had sat easier in your brand. Also, buffer right at the front of the pedal chain? I thought the point was to sort of reamp things once a few TB pedals had...
