Cool. I've suddenly become the owner of a vintage Jaguar. Might start spending more time at Offset.

This makes me sad.

I felt horrible after I accidentally put a paint chip in my Jag yesterday.

What sort of trust fund hipster douche does this to their guitar? I'm guessing the "Crazy Story" is actually banal as fuck & is truthfully along the lines of "yeah...I drank some beers & smoked some weed & my parents paid for everything I own anyway, so I, like, thought what the fuck yeah? 'Cos I'm anti-establishment like that".

>25 years = "Vintage". I should have bought that 80s Strat in Wunjo back in 2007, the one with the jack socket on the scratchplate; it would have been "Vintage" within a couple of years.

That whole "vintage" thing is getting ridiculous. Vintage refers to a certain desirable era of production, not a passage of certain amount of time. Most '70s Fenders aren't really even vintage, they've just gotten old/expensive enough where nobody's arguing.
But "vintage" Japanese reissues? Eat a dick.

I understand calling a "lawsuit" Ibanez or Greco etc. vintage, but a 92' or a 94' MIJ Fender, never! Also +1 on the 70's Fenders, I see them selling for ridiculous prices all the time.

Yup. I'd regard Vista series as being vintage, but not 70s Fenders for the most part.
