I was the high bidder for like two days.. but I set a budget, and I'm not going over it.

If I buy it, I'll just have the body sent to cooter to make a template for everyone and to make me a new body.

the neck looks a little fucked at the bottom but mostly in good shape.

also, that stupid neck plate is something that they should have fixed. no need to be "vintage correct" with a stupid design.

I'm still bitter about Fender changing the neck specs on the reissue. Which sucks, because I love orange.

Why haven't they just disclosed in the ad what is actually useful in this thing or parted it out properly. Last thing anyone needs is to be sent a box of orange sparkle splinters to cut the living fuck out of themselves on. This whole listing is just pure laziness on the seller's part imho.

Actually, the more I look at this ebay listing, the crankier I get...To paraphrase:

You fix it - I fix it??? This shit is un-fixable. How about you fucking bin it (or all of the 90% of it that is technically unusable), then list the pickups, electronics & whatever is actually useful from this clusterfuck once you have done that?

A distinctive body shape with dual humbuckers and tremolo bridge. - Distinctive? - I'll agree with that (if by distinctive you mean shattered into the 11th dimension of absolute unusability by the power of a thousand hammers).

Hmmmmmm...how about you also copy and paste the features from the website with zero disclosure of any of the issues that may face each given part for potential buyers? What a lazy idiotic fuckface of a seller this guy is.

*edited for the laugh I just had when I noticed that seller has disclosed "Not in Original Box", like that's going to be the thing that hinders a potential sale!
