Why would you not figure out a way to do the original headstock shape? Next to the offset body, it is easily the most unique and coolest parts of the starcaster.

Paddle headstock neck? Then cut that to size.

Send the neck to cooter, get him to splice some new wood into the headstock and reshape?

I just took out a $14k loan for a 1969 Mach 1 Mustang. Ill just use one of the necks I have now. :lol:

I consider vintage cars a hobby, sorry for the confusion. I love vintage cars as much as the next guy but I'm not taking out a loan to buy something that old.

If I'm going into debt for anything, it's not going to be for anything vintage, it's going to be for a new car that I know I can get a decade of use out of.

It's not meant for every day use.. Lol. I have a car I drive everyday. This car is for collectible/ hobby value.

see if i were to buy a vintage car, it'd be for everyday use..
hell the car I OWN is considered vintage.. at least acording to my insurance, and really thats the only place where i care

My insurance for this is going to be ridiculously high. Being a 1969 Muscle car and I am 18...
