Impending ngd: jangle jangle

Post by finboy »

I got a good deal on the ric 330 I own a few years back, but secretly I always wanted a 360 instead, in a cool colour. At the time I couldn't afford a 360, and the only colours offered were jetglow, mapleglow, fireglow, and midnight blue. I eventually went with jetglow, but just never got on with it fully.

Then I found this...

I found it on reverb at a reasonable price, and I'm pretty sure I can sell my 330 locally and make up most of that price. Turquoise was discontinued a few years back, and while not limited edition, it is MILES ahead of the standard looking ric.

More to follow as it arrives and I get back in town

I tend to dislike Rickenbackers, mostly on the grounds that I find most of the colours they come in uninspiring.

I DO NOT DISLIKE THIS RIC. :)

Beautiful Turquoise 330! that color was available from 1991-2003. It's like the color of the Rickenbacker 650A "Atlantis".

In the 50s Rickenbacker had a color called "Turquoise Blue" that looked very similar to the color of your guitar.
