"Power supplier" question

"Power supplier" question
I'm interested in this Xvive Phaser King (and its big version "Wave Phaser"): it seems a very good phaser pedal but requires a 18V DC power supply. That's a damned thing because my power supplier provides only 9V and all my pedals are 9V. I can't use a 9V DC power supply for this pedal, is it? Is there any other possibility? Because I'm very tempted by this pedal... LANK
