Last night I stripped down my son's first amp - Marshall G10 Mk. II - which he doesn't want because of the scratchy pots. I unsoldered the three Alpha mini pots and took the backs off - euch. You can't dismantle them, they're stamped together. Something's wrong with my can of Servisol, it doesn't spray too well and dribbles everywhere but it did the job. All reassembled, pots quiet as anything.
How long will that last?
