Looks a little more involved than your standard noise gate; what are you trying to do with it? Just stop your distortion pedal making background noise?

i'd put it first or after the tuner, and loop everything into it except the delay, then follow the recommended settings and-fine tune from there

If it's only the distortion and flanger causing problems then you could arrange things like this:

Tuner -> Dyna Comp -> Phaser -> OD -> Silencer* -> Chorus -> Delay

* Send -> Distortion -> Flanger -> Return

But to be honest I'd be tempted to put everything except your tuner and delay in the loop, in which case you'd need to arrange it like this:

Tuner -> Silencer* -> Delay

* Send -> Dyna Comp -> Phaser -> OD -> Distortion -> Flanger -> Chorus -> Return

1. Guitar goes into Silencer INPUT
2. Out of Silencer SEND connect to Dyna Comp->Phaser->OD-> Distortion->Flanger->Chorus->
3. Send Chorus output into Silencer RETURN
4. Silencer OUTPUT goes into Delay
5. Delay goes into amplifier

George possibly explained that more clearly than me but we're basically saying the same thing.

And yeah, you may want to try the Silencer AFTER compression, depending on how squishy you have the compression, and sensitive the noise gate threshold is. You'll have to experiment with that one
