Dude I take my acoustics to campfires, parties, I launch bottle rockets out the headstock, my acoustics are party guitars. I would never spend AVRI money on an acoustic.

It's why the Jim dandy appealed to me but they discontinued all the good colors

I played an EJ300 at some point, I think?

I really liked it, and the way it sound. My understanding is that it was easier to find one with a laminate top than not. I think that might have been the distinction between the 200 and the 300.

I'd probably still like one, but my wee mahogany Sigma has probably scratched my acoustic itch, and impressed me enough that if I want another acoustic, I'll go Sigma.

getting fancy thomastik jazz swings on it ?

Fell in love with my cv jm, it's the one i pick up the most, the stock pickups are good, i think i just really like how a jazzmaster pickup works (wider flatter magnet). And love the 25.5" too actually...

Outside of putting a heavier gauge on it and maybe sanding back some of the MOJO GLOSS on the neck, I don’t plan to do anything to it. Maybe better pickups one day, for right now it’s perfect as it is
