Open tuning ftw.
I've always wanted to be able to play Here Comes the Sun by just bashing the strings at random, I need to try them open tunings

Someone over on Offset has just found some pictures of a shell pink Rascal bass on Fender’s website. Looks like there might be more colours coming out at some point? Maybe a retailer specific FSR?

Can't say any of these are massively doing it for me appearance-wise, but from a purely practical perspective the Esquire Deluxe looks like it would suit me down to the ground.

I spotted a ton of the Squier Paranormal Guitars at the Toneshop today.

I played the LPB Jazzmaster XII and the they had a white one as well.

That guitar was phenominal. Once I stretched the strings a bit and tuned up, it stayed in tune. The setup was great and the neck profile was perfect. I am not an experienced 12 string player but it just played so easy all the way up the neck. I was doing bare chords with ease. The pickups sound great and I would honestly leave the guitar stock.

I am trying to figure out what I can sell to pick one up if possible.

Definitely check them out.

I suspect that the Tone Shop is one of the few remaining guitar shops that go over their guitars before they stock them.

not a fan of the mint guard with the LPB finish, but that is a great way to pick up a low-cost electric 12. if it's setup as well as you say, $450 is a steal really.

Nice. Been eyeing them. We do a few songs that a 12 string would fit well on but I hate carrying another large bodies acoustic around and 12 string acoustics are more temperamental in my experience than electrics.

The store I was shopping at had a two models on the floor and both seemed to have the same setup. The neck profile really impressed me. I had played some of those Japanese Strat XIIs before and I didn't like those at all. The quality was your typical Paranormal/Classic Vibe Squier guitar. After my good experience with my CV Mustang and FSR Silver Sparkle Jaguar, I can't endorse Squier guitars enough.

nice! I know I was crapping on those 4 weeks ago but I’ve seen a few pics on Facebook groups and I think it works better in person.
