By coincidence I'm pretty sure it was 95% beer and sweat, as soon as I rubbed at it it came right off. Alfoil and water trick:

and now, undank

Still has a few sticker shadows

but I just can't quite make out what the original said, maybe something in Japanese.

Wow, don't show it to a Japanese person, those are some ancient curse words.

Congrats on both guitars, both are eye candy.

Looks good, clean enough to play without fear of infection, faded enough to retain some personality.

those saddle notches are downright cavernous on the non-wound strings. to they stay in tune?

Yeah. It's really solid actually, although I should say I have a set of 12s on it so that probably helps. The neck is so slender after the other things I've played, it feels like a toy. The pickups really are crap. I have a set from Ken Rose which I will wire in when I get through my giant to-do list. I've kinda-sorta quit my job, effective end of year, so I should have more time over Jan/Feb before hopefully taking up something new.

Well the job is uncertain …
