Had already bought the H90. Pretty sick machine.

Not sure I've seen this Jag before, what a beauty!

Gorgeous, indeed.

I love that your pared back board still includes the Helix.

Like including Spotify as one of your Desert Island Discs.

That is a very nice jag, hurb.

Are you getting all of your dirty sounds from the helix/h90?

Current setup, added the 69 vibe which is bloody brilliant for £60 and finally dialed in the fuzz face with the rest of the rig so it’ll cut through at practice/live.

This my latest iteration. Moved the Wah to the floor to make room. The Lossy is a lot of fun! Probably spend 80% of my time just on dirt and delay but then lots of options for different sounds with the Synth and the two CB pedals. The Violet is a really really good dirt pedal. Very versatile EQ. One day when I have more time I’d like to dive into Midi to get presets galore.

Did you get the lossy in the CB Mystery Box?

I did indeed! No other surprises in the box, but as I’ve got the v1 Mood I knew I’d get something I didn’t already have. Very pleasantly surprised by the Lossy. Still learning all its features.

I got a Clean with my mystery box. While I enjoyed the clean I wanted something a bit sillier. I traded it for a Lossy and have been having a great time with it.

This board has been so great

lol. We all got Lossy's?

Same situation as Thom. Only CB I own is the original Mood pedal, so worst case scenario in the mystery box was an upgrade to the new one.
Was secretly hoping for an Onward though.

Not sure what I'll be doing with the Lossy. I do love some digital aliasing, so trying to coax horrible noise out it rather than the nostalgic warble. Although it did make a nice hazy cloud sitting under leads. Haven't tried it on synth yet.

Current state of play:
Mood > Tensor (easier at catching/overdubbing glitchy loops)
Shiva > Fuzz Factory (bit more temperamental, but very nasty)
Bitquest > Afterneath (this is actually a swap back, I was basically using the BQ for a throbby atmospheric reverb, and I just had the lossy in the same spot)
managed to squeeze the Keeley Realizer in there, into the pre-dirt loop with the Ring Mod and PS-3.

Thanks for all the kind words on my board. Gigrig switcher was one of those things I thought was snake oil until I tried it. Real deal stuff
dub wrote: Sun Feb 02, 2025 10:02 am Not sure what I'll be doing with the Lossy.
I've been using it on overdub guitar parts. Since it's stereo I have also been sending various mix buses through it. All the guitars, all the drums, stuff like that. That's where the real magic has been for me. Might just be better off of the board and instead sitting on a desk.
