that thing LOOKS like shit.

i don't care if its got tubes in it or not....im not gigging with something that everyone in the audiece thinks is a 20 dollar practice amp. Kids in buffalo would laugh and walk away from you before you even plugged into it
True. But a Tiny Terror is small as but can melt your fucking face off at full tilt.

if we get something setup for next month, i'll bring the pro jr. to do a comparison as well. that's another 15watt face melter. sounds great through a 2x12 and is the only reason i've not gotten a tiny terror meself.

When you're a-battlin try the TT gain between 12 'o clock and 1 'o clock with the Volume maxed and the tone between 12 and 3 o clock - that's the sweet spot if you ask me. Lush.

i played through mickie's tt a few months back, and i remember it sounding quite rad. i just didn't have time or opportunity to compare or put the thing through the paces. cute lil amp, though, no question.

It is a great amp, but I think the best tones lie in that midnight to 1 pm gain setting for my tastes anyway, and obviously everything up to that point gives you crystal clean to jangly edgy stuff.

As far as 15 watt battle..... Lets do it.... I will see about what June dates are still available..... Or we can just set up a jam session somewhere...(practice space or something.... )I am gonna be gone 12-26 to Ohio....

I know you said June, but Dots is coming down to my studio on Friday nite, May 11th. Does that work, or are you too busy this month?

Just took a bank holiday stroll down to Soundcontrol. They had a TT and a 12" Orange cab for about £480. I could have probably talked them down to £450 if not less if I traded in the VC30 along with it. Bah.

I seriously want a low wattage amp now cos 30 is way too much.

At the same time, £70 gets me that Epi Valve Jr clone that I would have a fun time modding.
