I meant something thicker than 1/4" 3/8", perhaps?
I think baltic birch plywood would be the best. Not too pricy too. (plus it'll look like you bought your templates at IKEA)

I don't know what color yet. This is the one that will recieve the Hologramic Jesus Pickguard. I'm think about daphne blue. Also I don't know what neck I'm gonna use yet. I just bought another Bronco neck, but I think I'm gonna save that for a bronco. I may get a maple fretboard 24 inch warmoth for this one.

In short, I don't know where I am with that one yet.

It's just a "Light Blue" laquer from 2 little hobby shop spray cans...other than that, I have no idea.

It's really kind of a groovy color isn't it? At first, I wasn't too sure about it, but once we got it on the body, it really grew on me.

mewithoutus: anytime you're ready. I now do paypal! (well, that's a lie...I just use dave's paypal. )

I bought the vintage hologram off of ebay. I was looking for a bleeding Jesus, but I figured that this will do. Then I just made it. It'll be cool when I'm done.

It's a funny gimmick. If I had a Bronco, I wouldn't do it. But if I was sleeping with a guy who could make me Broncos all day long, I'd probably be tempted to do something funny like that,

I get it. You are implying that Aug and I are gay. I'm straight. Only Aug is gay.
