Duosonic Switch Wiring

Post by nyweb »

Hi guys...I'm trying to wire up my '60 Duo with this original switch. Can't find a wiring diagram that shows this switch. 3 lugs on bottom, away from pickguard. Center one is connected to switch housing. Ground I guess. 2 lugs on top. Any body have any good pics of an original Duo that would help? Thanks !

original duo-sonics were nothing like that.
that's a jazzmaster switch, although it looks a little different than the ones i've used before.

That's the same switch that my Jagmaster has, the Jazzmaster ones are larger.

Do you have a multimeter? You can work out how it works using the continuity setting.
