P-Rails sounds fucking fantastic. I love them. I almost got an ESP PB-500 on impulse because I picked it up at the store one day and played it for over an hour. (It's got dual P-Rails in it, obviously) Sadly I've yet to get it... I can't afford that kind of impulse buy.

But yeah, they're incredibly versatile pickups and they sound simply awesome.

very upsetting, dimarzio says ship it back and we'll get you a new one, very nice of them, but it will cost me the same in shipping both ways it would to get a new one

...That was such a cool color before :?

Anyway, I'd probably put the switches in a line between the knobs... For aesthetics, and as they'd seem too bunched up in the configuration you show them in... Plus it could be logical, in a front/back way. Don't be afraid to hog out the wood for the potshafts, and there must be a hardware store where you can purchase washers/nuts?

P-rails are a really cool concept, but one that would be an ultimately useless proposition to me... Have fun!

add 2 switchs to do

Split-Series-Paralell
Image

will make double the potential of styles that thing can do :) .

Colour i Vote Red apple Candy , TriCoat.
Actual i had used one time , at my Old Motorcycle
it´s called DuPont Duxone , it´s a DuPont Compact Tricoat Paint (3 in 1 ) One Coat only do the effect 3 Coats ( Silver , Red , Metalic ) .

more simple than do 3 coats and get risk make wrong and had to do all over again
normal Tricoat are hard.
the DuPont Duxone i loved , when i crashed my old motorcycle on accident i had nightmare to find way to paint she and someone talked about that paint brand and it´s saved my ass , did mimic well the original paint you don´t see the difference.
it´s is a Tricoat paint on Normal Paint pack , amazing.
and it´s so easy to apply. yet need Equipment to apply that´s the Con. , them before you do the coat´s you just need finish and done.

Red apple candy are that.

there goes icy w/ his icybombs...
i got all the paint today actually, but CAR has always been a beaut to me, but the original model of this came w/ an option for a car type colour and it didn't attract me too much, red w/ buckers seems 80s and wank at first glance

photobucket is being a twat, but sanded the first coat of primer, thew on another [with the neck properly taped] and it's sitting in the attic to dry

due to not having a place to hang it, i only primed the neck, will go back and do the body when it's dry
